From October 15 to 17, 2024, BLM GROUP will attend the international exhibition Fabtech USA 2024 in Orlando, US.

LT7
Cutting-edge tube laser system designed to process tubes ranging from 12 to 152 mm in diameter and up to 23 kg/m in weight with outstanding cutting performance. From the smallest to the largest diameter, every adjustment is fully automated and even sections with ā€œLā€, ā€œUā€ and other open profiles and flat bars are standard jobs, all processed in a fully automatic mode. The laser source offers exceptional flexibility in handling various thicknesses and materials, from 12 mm of mild steel to 4 mm of brass. 3D processing completes the framework of an extremely flexible system able to manage the widest array of applications. With the addition of 3D processing capabilities, the LT7 stands out as an extraordinarily adaptable system, capable of managing an extensive range of applications. This state-of-the-art solution is engineered to enhance productivity, quality, precision, flexibility, automation, and user-friendliness.

ELECT102
All-electric tube bending machine capable of bending with in right- or left-hand bending directions and equipped with the advanced VGPNext 3D graphics programming software. The robust structure of ELECT102 ensures precision and repeatability in every part. Its state-of-the-art electric technology not only delivers exceptional energy efficiency but also eliminates the need for hydraulic oils, ensuring clean and environmentally friendly operation.

E-TURN
All-electric tube bending machine with in-process right- and left-hand bending directions equipped with next generation 3D graphics programming software, VGPNext. E-TURN stands out for its remarkable versatility and adaptability, capable of handling highly complex geometrical parts in a single bending cycle. Designed to deliver superior-quality tubular components, even under the most demanding bending conditions, the E-TURN excels across various industrial sectors, regardless of batch size. Its rapid production process is driven by optimized axis interpolation, ensuring both efficiency and precision. SMART
All-electric tube bending machine with in-process right- and left-hand bending directions equipped with next generation 3D graphics programming software, VGPNext. LS7
The LS7 is a cutting-edge 2D fiber laser-cutting system that excels in processing a variety of metals such as stainless steel, iron, aluminum, and copper, delivering top-notch performance and consistent results. This versatile machine seamlessly integrates into production lines, harnessing the benefits of fibre lasers, like reduced energy consumption and minimal maintenance. 2D laser automation
The showcased LS5 is equipped with an automatic system for loading raw sheets and unloading finished parts. ProBend
The ProBend E-Series is a fully-electric press brake, offering a bending force ranging from 22 tons to 310 tons and a bed length from 3 - 17 feet, with an easy-to-use numerical control and intuitive software.
