The unit applies threaded rivets to tubes and is integrated with a Lasertube cutting system.
The inserting machine, recently available as an option on the LT7, is positioned inside the cutting area. It can automatically load and apply threaded inserts on thin, previously laser-cut tubes. Compatible with many types of rivets, it simplifies the creation of tubular components to be subsequently assembled and coupled to make metal frames and structures.
