After many years of solid presence in the area, BLM GROUP will expand its assistance organization in France with the opening of a new service branch, to better meet the needs of the growing number of customers in the country.
Recognized as one of the world leaders in metalworking technologies, the Italian group which boasts over 17,000 systems installed worldwide, offers a wide range of solutions, including Lasertube, tube benders, tube end-forming machines, sawing machines, wire bending machines, sheet metal laser cutting and combined tubes and sheets laser cutting systems and 3D laser cutting cells for the processing of any three-dimensional profile.
Starting July 1, 2024, SAMS SAS, a historic collaborator of BLM GROUP and known throughout France for its experience and professionalism in the technical assistance of the group's production systems, will become BLM GROUP France SAS, the group's new branch in France. Located in Soultz-Haut-Rhin, BLM GROUP France SAS will be the new point of reference for assistance in the country. Lionel De Campos will lead a team of 10 professionals, including all the highly qualified technicians of SAMS SA, so as to guarantee continuity of service and rapid response to the customer.
“The objective of BLM GROUP France is to guarantee a timely and superior level of quality assistance service for all customers who rely on BLM GROUP products,” says Lionel De Campos, head of the expansion project and General Manager of the new branch.
The sales references in France remain unchanged.
