The LT8.20 gets a new mechanical drilling and threading unit. It is positioned in the cutting area and with full automation makes holes and threads on freshly laser-cut workpieces.
The drilling and threading unit is an important added value for the production of parts requiring a limited number of mechanical operations and where flexibility and batch variability is desired. The most obvious advantages are achieved in these contexts. Time is slashed and the cost of production is lowered.
