From September 11 to September 14, 2023, BLM GROUP will attend the international exhibition FABTECH in Chicago (USA).
At booth A1338, visitors will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience with some technology solutions offered by BLM GROUP:
Sheet laser LS7: the 2D laser fiber cutting system can process of a wide range of metals, including stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, brass or copper.
The laser cutting head automatically adapts the internal optics to the material thickness,
and sensors monitor the working conditions to ensure clean and accurate cutting over time.
Lasertube LT7: High-end laser tube cutting plant with automatic loading system for 6.5 m or 8.5 m metal profiles and unloading system from 4.5 m to 8.5 m. LT7 can process tubes from 12 mm to 152 mm in diameter and can be equipped with the automatic insertion unit.
Press brake ProBend: All-electric direct-drive press brake with bending force up to 276 ton (available only in USA & Canada).
Tube bender E-TURN40: Highly versatile tube bender suitable for every need, capable of bending with fixed and variable radius in left and right direction in process and multi-radius.
Tube bender ELECT102: All-electric CNC tube bender configured for left or right-handed bending, capable of bending with fixed or variable radius.
Tube bender 4-RUNNER: Tube bending & endforming from coil. Straighten, bend, cut and endform the tube. All in one machine.
3D cutting cell LT-FREE: 5-axis laser cutting cell for a kind of three-dimensional section: bent, hydroformed, extruded, drawn, flat or stamped tubes and sheets. It can be equipped with robot handling and mobile tables.
