From May 6-9, 2025, BLM GROUP will participate in the international Lamiera exhibition in Milano, Italy. At booth D07 in Hall 13, visitors will have the opportunity to see the LS7 sheet metal laser cutting system combined with an automatic loading and unloading system.
The system has been upgraded to increase its power capacity to a 20-kW laser source, while maintaining its original features: high-quality cutting, ease of use, and ultra-fast pallet change. LS7 allows a wide range of metals, including stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, or copper, to be processed with high and consistent quality. The laser machine integrates into the production process with all the advantages of fiber lasers: low energy consumption, low maintenance, and cutting of highly reflective materials.
A system designed for continuous processing
LS7 has been designed with several solutions to increase the degree of autonomy and performance of the system. LS7 can, in fact, be equipped with:

Gas mixer: a device that mixes different assist gases to increase speed and cutting quality.

Automatic 18-position nozzle change: makes nozzle changes automatic and monitors their wear status, optimizing operators' work.

Active Sense: intelligent process control that automatically adapts cutting parameters to cope with any unevenness in the material.
