E-FLEX automatic wire bending machine
E-FLEX is an innovative double-turret wire bending machine designed with state-of-the-art 3D graphic programming software. With its coil feeding and in-line operations, E-FLEX ensures a fast and efficient production process.
With multiple bending technologies and a bending head with orbital movement around the wire, E-FLEX can produce a virtually unlimited number of three-dimensional shapes. With its straightening unit, equipped with a six-position revolver, this machine makes it possible to quickly change the diameter of the wire being processed and can bend metal wires from 3 mm to 10 mm in diameter quickly, efficiently and accurately.
