Along the entire process (loading, cutting, and unloading), each tube and section loaded in the machine is always supported and transferred from each machine zone. This eliminates the risk of damage during processing, and even more importantly, each finished cut part.
Integral part quality
On the unloading side, the motorized support beds receive each part and delicately transfers it to the chains below. The tubes are always supported during rotation to limit risk of damage and maintain the geometric precision of the job.
A fast track for short parts
It is easy to pick up the short parts (up to 3200 mm) on the dedicated automatic metal conveyor. It operates independent from the cutting area, so parts exit the machine without interrupting production.
Drilling and threading: high added value option
If you need to add holes and threads after cutting, instead of moving the pieces to another machine, with all the possible risk of errors and waste of time, use the radial drilling unit integrated in the machine.
A light touch for spectacular effects
If your tubes are irregular, a mechanical probe will measure the profile, detect centering and torsional errors, and the machine will correct the cutting path on the fly to obtain precise geometries on every part.
Save time and material
Use all the material and minimize scrap at the end of the tube. The machine determines how to gain the greatest yield from each bar, automatically optimizing the nesting sequence.
Effective cuts also on dirty or rusty surfaces
With the special pre-cutting working mode, the laser first cleans the material along the cutting path and then proceeds the cutting process. Expensive or high-demand material will not be wasted.
